VidaDance was also the founding host company of National Dance Week Kansas City, and directed, produced, managed, and performed at this annual celebration of dance for the community from 2017-2019. In 2019, the leadership of NDWKC was taken on by Jami Robben, one of our VidaDancers, who led the event to greater success from 2020-2022, before the event was eventually incorporated into the programming of Arts Inspired Network.

Our Mission
VidaDance is all about interesting, accessible, and excellent choreography, technique, and artistry. The pieces we produce are an eclectic blend of ballet, modern, jazz, contemporary, tap, world dance, and ballroom. We love making you smile, think, and feel. VidaDance is more than just a professional dance company – it’s a movement to bring dance to a wider audience.
